Splitz Theatre Artz Terms and Conditions
Dear Parent/pupil
Firstly, thank you for your interest in Splitz Theatre Artz. We hope you will enjoy your first lessons and will want to become a member of our school and part of a team.
The Splitz Theatre Artz yearly calendar consists of one to two shows per year, competing in festivals, taking part in summer fete exhibitions, taking exams and the chance to perform on a West End stage. All of these things can lead to extra costs for costumes or exam fees. As the children progress from the early stages of learning to dance, they are encouraged to take part in as many of these events as possible.
Being part of a team is a comitment; so please consider the following terms and conditions, as you will not only represent Splitz Theatre Artz, but your fellow team members to.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All classes must be paid for on a termly basis, payable at the beginning of each term.
2. After six weeks trial classes, the appropriate footwear and regulation Splitz Theatre Artz uniform must be worn at all classes. The school colour is black (lilac for young ballet classes) and available in - leotards, tights, skirts, T-shirts and tracksuits. Uniform for Senior Jazz class is black jazz pants and t- shirt. The correct footwear is: Ballet shoes, Tap shoes, Gym shoes or Jazz shoes . Uniforms and shoes are brought to classes in the first week of every month. Please ensure you buy or order at these sessions with Clare or Gladys. Prices are available on request
3. All props, costumes etc, remain the property of Splitz Theatre Artz until paid for in full.
4. Long hair must be tied back neatly for all classes, when learning to dance it helps to look and feel like a dancer.
5. If the school cancels lessons they will be re-arranged or refunded.
6. Any photographs taken may be used on our website or for advertising purposes. All pupils' personal details remain confidential .

10am-1pm Theatre School (age 6-18 years)
